The UKKA announces with regret the death of Professor Stewart Cameron, Emeritus Professor of Nephrology at Guy’s Hospital.
He was one the giants of UK nephrology, indeed of world nephrology. Uniquely he had been President of the Renal Association, ERA-EDTA, and the International Society of Nephrology.
His reputation as a clinical leader, researcher, teacher and mentor was without equal. A more detailed account of his life and achievements will be posted soon.
