  • Establishment of practice standards and tiers of training
  • Advise on curriculum development to promote these standards
  • Develop appropriate training courses with various collaborators including hospitals, postgraduate centres and universities as appropriate
  • Encouraging interventional nephrology symposia and training courses
  • Review new courses and ensure they align with interventional nephrology training
  • Promote research and the development of evidence in interventional nephrology
  • Dissemination of information regarding interventional nephrology
  • Signpost multiprofessional trainees in interventional nephrology
  • Service review of interventional nephrology departments and pathways
