UKKA editor for Renal Interventions – expressions of interest sought

Renal Interventions publishes fortnightly on line and quarterly in press.

It is a medical news journal focused on highlighting new evidence to healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with kidney disease.

UKKA is entering into a partnership with Renal Interventions and this exciting development is planned to include:

•    Highlighting recent trials of interventions in kidney disease
•    Summaries of recent areas of advance in research and implementation
•    News items of interest to kidney healthcare professionals
•    Publishing short summaries of UK Renal Registry outputs
•    Publishing a UK Kidney Week newsletter
•    Highlighting outputs from UKKA special interest groups

We invite expressions of interest for a UKKA Renal Interventions editor. It is anticipated that this post will be for up to 3-years. Renal Interventions include a publishing infrastructure and medical writers and the editor will work with UKKA secretariat and operational leadership group to establish the working relationship with Renal Interventions and to provide senior overview and support for the outputs of UKKA in Renal Interventions.

For informal discussions please email UKKA secretariat and we will set up a call. Expressions of interest should comprise a short statement outlining you background and the basis for your interest in the role.
