Dr Magaret O’Shea, Lead of Renal Transplant surgery, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Barbados, Dr Jennie Jewitt-Harris, Director of Medical Activities and Founder of Transplant Links, Mr Andrew Ready, retired Renal Transplant Surgeon and trustee of Transplant Links, and Dr David Milford, Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist at Birmingham Children's Hospital and Trustee of Transplant Links, will share and discuss insights from their work regarding the critical importance of team working and leadership in renal transplantation.

They will share their experiences and challenges in the planning and development of a new renal transplant centre.
