Transplant Assessment
"Streamlining appointments to make things better for the patients and reducing the decision making"
Reducing the amount of appointments has lead to a better experience for patients and their potential donors, as well as quicker decision making. Making life easier for the patients means that there are fewer wasted appointments - people are more likely to turn up if they understand what will happen during the appointment.
Many centres are now using "one-stop" clinics, or patient held records - to give the patients more control of the process.
