The Managing Access by Generating Improvements in Cannulation (MAGIC) project

This hub will help you get started with MAGIC quality improvement. 

It has been put together using learning from participants of MAGIC. We hope it will grow and develop as learning from other regions and kidney units across the UK is included.

Implementing MAGIC began in 2018 with North West and Yorkshire and Humber. The North East and North Wales began their MAGIC journey in 2019. With the disruption of COVID, MAGIC work was paused. The South West began their journey in 2021. In recent months the project has been launched in London and South East with a Scotland project launch imminent.
