The QI leads from the region will come together with their project QI teams to learn new/ develop existing QI skills and tools. The focus of the day will be focussing on QI and creating a SMART AIM, looking at measurement and introducing QI Tools. We will also explore how we can involve patients in our change ideas as a region.
