This webinar will focus on the Shared Care Working Group of the DAYLife project (Dialysis at yours: life fulfilled), a transformative programme aimed at improving home dialysis access across the UK. The goal? To make home dialysis a viable, empowering option for more patients.

The DAYLife programme is structured around four core workstreams, each designed to support patient-centred care with dedicated resources and a thriving community. The Shared Haemodialysis Care workstream equips patients with the skills and confidence to participate in their treatment alongside healthcare professionals. This shared care approach allows patients to engage in decision-making at their own pace - boosting their self-confidence, fostering control, and enhancing self-esteem.

Don't miss this opportunity to learn how shared care is advancing home dialysis and engaging patients as active partners in their own care!
